The Sentera 6XT-640R Thermal Payload for the IF1200 is a high-precision, compact imaging solution designed for advanced agricultural, environmental, and industrial applications. This payload integrates multispectral, RGB, and radiometric thermal sensors into a single unit, enabling synchronized, distortion-free data capture across multiple spectrums. With built-in calibration tools and internal storage, the 6XT-640R ensures radiometric accuracy and actionable insights in the field when paired with the IF1200 platform. Its robust design supports reliable operations for large-area surveys and complex data collection missions.

Maintenance

  • Sensor Care: Keep cameras and thermal lens clean and protected from dust, moisture, and impacts
  • Calibration Checks: Periodically verify reflectance panel and incident light sensor for accurate radiometric data
  • Firmware Updates: Keep payload firmware updated for best performance and sensor synchronization
  • Storage: Store in protective case when not in use, in a dry and temperature-controlled environment
  • Pre-Flight Inspection: Ensure gimbal and mounting dovetail are securely attached before flight

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 10-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy.

  • Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with no questions asked.
  • Open or flown products may also be returned but must be in new working condition and are subject to approval.
  • Opened boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is returned in working condition.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  1. Be in original condition
  2. Include the packing slip, original packaging, and documentation
  3. Have no scratches, marks, or blemishes
  4. Have security tags still attached
  5. Not be altered, sized, or modified

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product:

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 4 business days of receiving your shipment so the issue can be corrected.

If the package shows extensive box damage, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than damage:

  • The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred.
  • Once the package is returned to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be purchasing price minus the actual shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
  • Reshipping requests will require a reshipping fee.

If the package is returned and the customer does not contact support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Smart Nest Plus currently ships within the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • International destinations

Free Ground Shipping

  • Free ground shipping is available for qualifying orders over $4,999 shipped within the 48 continental United States.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Smart Nest Plus does not offer international shipping.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused for reasons other than visible shipping damage:

  • The customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred;
  • Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable shipping costs.

This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
  • If a returned package is reshipped, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
  • If a refund is issued, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders ship on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST and successfully verified may ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.
  • Shipping timelines begin after the order has shipped and do not include processing time or the shipment date itself.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Smart Nest Plus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events,
  • Natural disasters,
  • Carrier delays,
  • Labor disputes,
  • Supply chain interruptions,
  • Acts of God,
  • Technical failures, or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Promotional & Order Rights

Smart Nest Plus reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing errors, fraud concerns, technical issues, or unauthorized activity.
