Maintenance

- Store in a clean, dry environment when not in use
- Regularly check connections when using multiple CFS units
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 10-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy.
- Unopened products can be returned within 10 days with no questions asked.
- Open or flown products may also be returned but must be in new working condition and are subject to approval.
- Opened boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item is returned in working condition.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in original condition
- Include the packing slip, original packaging, and documentation
- Have no scratches, marks, or blemishes
- Have security tags still attached
- Not be altered, sized, or modified
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 4 business days of receiving your shipment so the issue can be corrected.
If the package shows extensive box damage, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery for reasons other than damage:
- The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred.
- Once the package is returned to the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund amount will be purchasing price minus the actual shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:
- The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
- Reshipping requests will require a reshipping fee.
If the package is returned and the customer does not contact support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 10 days
Shipping & Delivery
Smart Nest Plus currently ships within the contiguous United States only.
We do not currently ship to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- International destinations
Free Ground Shipping
- Free ground shipping is available for qualifying orders over $4,999 shipped within the 48 continental United States.
International Shipping
- At this time, Smart Nest Plus does not offer international shipping.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused for reasons other than visible shipping damage:
- The customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred;
- Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable shipping costs.
This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
- If a returned package is reshipped, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
- If a refund is issued, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders ship on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST and successfully verified may ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.
- Shipping timelines begin after the order has shipped and do not include processing time or the shipment date itself.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Smart Nest Plus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events,
- Natural disasters,
- Carrier delays,
- Labor disputes,
- Supply chain interruptions,
- Acts of God,
- Technical failures, or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Promotional & Order Rights
Smart Nest Plus reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
- Cancel orders affected by pricing errors, fraud concerns, technical issues, or unauthorized activity.
